How long is each session?
Between 1hr and 1hr 30 mins. Depending on which session is chosen.
Can I pay using Cash App, Zelle, or Venmo?
Yes, all deposits MUST be paid through the website. Your outstanding balance will be invoiced to you. Remaining balance may be paid via one of the above methods. All payments must be completed no later than 24 hours before the scheduled shoot date. Once I receive your complete payment, you will receive a PAID IN FULL invoice.
How much is the deposit?
Most Sessions: $150
Adventure Elopements: $300
Intimate Weddings: $400
Can I bring props to my session?
Yes, you are more than welcome to bring any items you would like to use in your shoot.
Props that I provide can be added on for additional fee.
Can I change outfits during my shoot?
Outfit changes are allowed. Please be mindful of your time frame for the session, if additional time is needed you are able to add 30mins to each session for a fee.
Do you travel for photoshoots?
I’ll drive myself up to two hours away for free.
$75/hour travel fee
Lodging (Cost of Airbnb or Hotel)
Flights (cost of economy flight)
Rental car (rental car fee and gas)
What happen if it rains/snows on my session day?
Your session time stands until 2 hours prior to your session. Unfortunately, weather is always change throughout the day. If there is no obvious change in the weather getting better your session will be rescheduled to another date that works for you and me.
What happens if I cancel my session?
I will work with you to reschedule.
If you are unable to reschedule your remaining balance will be refunded but all
deposits are NON-REFUNABLE
What happens if I am late to my session?
All clients are asked to arrive 5 minutes prior to session. If you are between 10-20 minutes late, you will cut into you shoot time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, you will assess a $35 late fee. The late fee must be paid before photos are to be delivered.
How can I access my album in the Client Area?
Each client will receive a password to access their album.
What if I lost/forgot my password?
You can email me at Owner@allyssacarmenlitaphoto.com, and I will be happy to give it to you.
How long do I have access to my album?
Albums are only available for 12 weeks. So please download all your images. !ASAP!
